Double baptism and the Danish party called Fastelavn :o)

It has been another awesome week for Ældste Holbrook. He is still loving to be in the Ballerup area and is of course loving his weekly lunch dates with Mormor and Morfar.

 Pancake mix when on sale and the elders bought 21 of them ;o) Cheap food is hard to get in Denmark and especially American kind of food!

 

 A real Danish meal and these Elders made it. Way to go " boys"!!

The special day is here!! The Elders are singing at the baptism!

What a day this was. Ældste Holbrook contracted this young woman on the street in Ballerup and today her Husband and her were baptized 2 months later. The joy was big today and they all look wonderful!

What a week it has been for Ældste Holbrook. He had a good time with the other missionaries and they saw their hard work blossom with the two baptism this week. It is good for him to be serving in Denmark! 

We know when he is coming HOME ;o)

Can you believe it ........ He got his 6 months "death" letter and we now know when Ældste Holbrook is coming home. AND it is .......... July 28th, 2015 ;o) YES....... AND I am counting the days and have been since day ONE! Do not get me wrong I am grateful and HAPPY that he is serving a mission and Denmark is the VERY BEST place for him, BUT I have missed him every day!!! He is of course NOT feeling this way and is enjoying his time in Denmark.

Ældste Holbrook and Ældste Meacham got their letter on the same day and they are also going home the same day :o)

Another great week for Ældste Holbrook. He is enjoy the mission and he is learning so much it is almost scary ;o)

Ældste Holbrook is staying another transfer in Ballerup. Private tour of Frederiksborg Castle, Zone conference and lots of great food!!

YES....... It is true Ældste Holbrook got to stay another 6 weeks in Ballerup and he is so excited. The other 3 Elders are also staying so that is awesome. It has been yet another great week in Ballerup with lots of fun things happening.

 Ældste Holbrook got his 20th birthday gift from Mormor and Morfar a "few" months early. He really wanted a Nexo watch and of course they get it for him. Yes, he is a little spoiled ;o)

I am thinking they have caught NINE mice, not too bad at all ;o)

I marvel at all the things Ældste Holbrook gets to see in Denmark. I want a private tour of the Frederiksborg Castle too. He is so blessed.

Ældste Holbrook was again spoiled with a wonderful lunch at the local Chinese restaurant in Ballerup. Mormor and Morfar are really caring for him and Ældste Meacham and they are glad to do it and enjoy the time spend together.
