Lessons, beautiful fields of Denmark and so much more!

It already seems like Ældste Holbrook have been in Randers for FOREVER. He is loving serving there and he has already learned so much for being in that area. He enjoys serving with Ældste Howland and they are teaching many great people the gospel of God.

Two great friends in such a short time. Ældste Holbrook has been very blessed in the area's he have been in and Randers is no different. He LOVES Elder and Sister Hicks already!!

Ældste Holbrook is having a GREAT time serving the Lord. He learned a LOT this week and is loving to teach the people in the Randers area. I am so grateful for him and the things he is doing in little Denmark.

First Week in Randers with Ældste Howland as companion :o)

So Ældste Holbrook is now on Jylland again and in a smaller branch.  He has been in Randers when he was a kid visiting but it is different to live there. And since change is not Ældste Holbrook's favorite it is always harder for him to say see you later.

But this transfer has been different for him and it has been great to be on the sidelines watching. He is already loving the Randers area and he told me that Ældste Howland is awesome, a great companion and wonderful missionary. He said that it feels like they have been together forever and this is after just one week. The Lord knows what He is doing that is for sure ;o)

 Ældste Holbrook and Ældste Howland had this great young man with them for a day. They had a blast and the ALL learned a lot.

Ældste Howland and Ældste Holbrook already great friends and a wonderful pair of missionaries of the Lord. They will have a good time serving together.

I am so grateful for the way Ældste Holbrook is growing and learning. He is almost at the year mark of his mission and it will go so fast from here on out. Serve the Lord well and know that we miss and love you so MUCH!!

And it came!! Transfer week and Ældste Holbrook is moving to Randers. Last week in Helsingør.

So it happened Ældste Holbrook is getting transferred away from the area he has loved so much and he is going back to Jylland and Randers.  I know that the Lord needs him there and it will not be many weeks and he will be loving it there too.

So this is the last week that he will be in Mormor and Morfar's area and it has been such a blessing for him to go and visit them so often. They have shared many great lessons together and some pretty awesome dinners ;o)

So it really did come to an end. Six great months for Ældste Holbrook in the area where he visited so many times as a kid and young man. It has been so good for him and he has learned so much. Now he is going on to new places where he will learn and grow too.

Family, Great Friends and serving the Lord.

Ældste Holbrook's time in the Helsingør area is lacking towards the end, I think.  He has been there for 4 transfers and almost 6 months and what a great blessing it has been. He has gotten to know MANY great people and spend so many, many visits with Mormor and Morfar, just AWESOME.

This week was no different and he enjoyed every minute of it. Here are a few pictures from the great times this week.
