Chritmas week in Sonderborg with Ældste Holbrook AND SKYPE BABY ;o)

So this week we had Christmas and YES it was very lonely with out Ældste Holbrook. We miss him but we are so grateful for his willingness to serve in Denmark. It is NOT an EASY mission but we keep telling him hang in there and lots og great thing will come to pass.

 I think there might be a Starwars fan in most of us :o)

Little Christmas Eve and other fun in Sonderborg!

it is still Christmas time in Denmark and WOW...... it is getting close to the real night Christmas Eve!! Here they went to a really cute store that had ALL this great Danish Christmas stuff! I wish I was there and there were some really cute stuff there.

 You gotta love the hat and the Ældste that is wearing it. Ældste Holbrook is one in a million and some!!

They went to tthe graveyards to clean up the branch-list.  It is a really old branch and a lot of the people are gone but they did not find much today. Very neat graves for sure.

 AND there are 4 Ældster in Sonderborg now. It looks like they are fitting in great together!

It is raining a lot in Denmark. But they still have lots of fun and good times together!

We sure miss Ældste Holbrook but he is where he needs and wants to be. He is serving the Lord and that is all that really matters right now in his life!! WE love you Son!!!

Denmark Copenhagen Temple and Julefrokost in the Church

This week Ældste Holbrook have been busy and gotten to see and do a lot of different things. He went to the Denmark Copenhagen Temple and he did it ALL in Danish. Way to go. He also got to go to a REAL Danish Christmas luncheon - Julefrokost :o)

So the District leader Ældste Hansen and his companion can down to visit with Ældste Holbrook and Ældste Enniss and they had a great time. They went on splits and Ældste Holbrook went with Ældste Hansen. Those two together have too much fun in a great way :o)

First week of December in Sonderborg with Ældste Holbrook !

It is now really Christmas month in Denmark and it is REALLY the BEST month of the year over there! It is fun with all the things that are going on every day and I miss it so much. So I am glad that Ældste Holbrook have a chance to be there and enjoy it for our little family :o)

 This is the area Ældste Holbrook and Ældste Ennis have to cover, no wonder they are getting 2 more missionaries in a few weeks to help them.

Oh.... how we miss this young man. He is one of the BEST of the BEST and he has such a HUGE part of our hearts. It is a lot more quiet in our home but we know that he is needed in Denmark and he is working hard over there!!
